As I arrive at ROOTS Dispensary for my morning shift, the first rays of sunlight are just beginning to illuminate the parking lot of our Cherry Hill location. The morning routine starts with a thorough inventory check and ensuring our display cases are spotless and properly stocked for the day ahead.
